Cancellation Policies

Policies for Reservation Cancellation, No-Shows, Membership Pauses and Membership Cancellations.

Late cancels

You can cancel your class reservation for any reason up to 12 hours in advance with no penalty.

If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice:

(a) If you are booking with a Single session, multi Session Pack, or 4/8/12 Sessions per month membership, you will lose the session credit you booked with.

(b) If you are booking with an unlimited membership, you will be charged $20 + GST.

No-Shows

For those members booking with a Single session, multi Session Pack, or 4/8/12 Sessions per month membership; If you ‘no-show’ to your class, in addition to the loss of your Session credit you will be charged a no-show fee of $20 + GST.

These fees are easy to avoid! Simple cancel your reservation in our app or on our website rather than not showing up.

Recurring Membership Cancellation Policy

Reformed’s memberships are big on savings and low on commitment. You can cancel any recurring membership at Reformed by providing 30 days notice. That’s it! No initiation fees or multi-year commitments.

When you sign up for a recurring membership, you lock in the rate! That means if our membership rate increases in the future, you will continue to receive the lower rate as long as your membership stays active!

After you provide your 30 days notice, you will still have access to Reformed until the end of the billing period. If there are any renewal payments scheduled during the 30 days, you will still be charged for this amount and will receive full access until the end of that payment period. A membership cannot be cancelled while paused, or Paused after you have provided your 30 day cancellation notice.

Membership Pause Requests

You can Pause your reformed membership up to 2 times per year, for up to 60 days total! Pausing your membership ensures that you continue to lock in your membership rate while on vacation, a family emergency, surgery, etc. To request a pause, please visit our contact page and email us!
